The four courage skillsets are learnable, measurable, and observable.  Here, the objective is to build specific behaviours that relate to the four skillsets.  Each program is designed to be interactive and to foster meaningful connection virtually or in-person. I love this work and am confident that we can design an approach that makes you and your people unstoppable. 

As a practitioner I draw upon the research and teaching of Brené Brown to work with leaders and organizations to operationalize courage, the most important leadership skill today. I have incorporated these courage building skill sets into executive education and Masters courses at the EPFL and the Institute for the Economy and the Environment (IWÖ) at the University of St. Gallen, and regularly host Daring Dialogues.
